The City of Irving Solid Waste Services Department provides brush and bulky waste collection to the residents of Irving.
Collection is on the same day as your curbside recycling. Call (972) 721-8059 to inquire about your recycling and brush/bulky waste collection day.
Brush collection includes items such as trees and branches.
Tree limbs must be in lengths of 8 feet or less and no more than 2 feet in diameter.
Bulky waste includes items such as appliances, furniture and oversized items.
Place items in an easily accessible area away from fire hydrants, gas and water meters, utility poles, sprinkler heads and parked cars, etc., for proper collection.
When placing refrigerators at your curb for collection, please remove doors and contact Solid Waste Services to confirm collection day.
Items That Cannot Be Collected
Rock, scrap building material or other construction and demolition debris are not accepted in the brush and bulky waste program. Items prohibited either can be hauled to the landfill or contact the city for a roll-off container.
